At Jamie Young Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting. If your selection doesn't perfectly suit your space, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original packaging.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure the handcrafted pieces are not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
